SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, NP-STYLE only provides domestic delivery within Malaysia.

Shipping Information

All domestic deliveries will be done via the local carrier provider, Skynet

All orders can only be shipped to your home or office address. All orders are unable to make adjustment once it processed. Ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. Np-style is in no way taking the responsibility of shipment to the wrong address.

Deliveries will only be done on business days, not weekend or a public holiday. Office Hours are from Monday - Friday. Deliveries might be interrupted during peak periods. 

All orders are traceable. 

Please be informed that all orders preparation take 10-15 working days after you’ve received your order confirmation.

All items sold are not refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your order (defective products, wrong items, damaged during shipment, etc), kindly email us at npstyleman@gmail.com if you wish to conduct any return & exchanges.

 

  • Exchange will only be approved upon inspection and permission.

  • All Promotional/ Discounted items & items sold during SALE events are not eligible for return & exchanges.
